The Board of Directors has formally adopted a resolution recognizing the Croft Guidelines as the Association's recommended clinical guidelines for the assessment and management of soft tissue and whiplash-related injuries.
Scott LeBaron, DCPresidentThe President leads the Board of Directors and oversees major meetings. They guide the Executive Director in running the Association’s daily operations and choose the leaders of all committees. If there is no Executive Director, the President temporarily handles those responsibilities. | Christopher Hargrave, DCVice PresidentThe Vice President helps with responsibilities given by the President. If the President is unable to serve, the Vice President steps in and takes over those duties. |
James Bogash, DCImmediate Past PresidentThe Immediate Past President supports the organization by helping with tasks assigned by the President and offering guidance based on their previous experience. | Gregory Muchnij, DCTreasurerThe Treasurer helps manage the Association’s finances. They work with the Executive Director to oversee funds, prepare tax documents, and create financial reports required by law. |
Christopher Butler, DCSecretaryThe Secretary helps keep the Association organized. They work with the Executive Director to maintain records, keep meeting minutes, manage committee information, and ensure official notices are sent out when needed. | Steven Kern, DCExecutive DelegateThe Executive Delegate helps coordinate the work of the Association’s committees and At-Large Delegates. |
Kathryn Brungard, DCDirector of ElectionsThe Director of Elections manages the nominations process and oversees election procedures. They also form a Ballot Counting Committee to ensure fair and accurate election results. | Larry Lazzara, JDParliamentarianThe President may appoint a Parliamentarian to advise the Board. This person does not vote but is knowledgeable about meeting rules, the Association’s bylaws, and other key policies. Their role is to help ensure meetings run smoothly and follow proper procedures. |
